Terms of service
- payment for my artwork is due immediately unless stated otherwise
- all payments are to be made via paypal or cashapp
- my art should never be traced or heavily referenced under any circumstances
- once payment has been sent you will be put at the end of my queue
- if you commission me and i've worked past the sketch phase, it can not be refunded (if before/at sketching half of total price will be refunded and sketch will be sold as a YCH)by commissioning me i assume you are agreeing to my TOS, failure to do so will result in a block/blacklist
BLACKLIST
all of these blacklists are permanent, unless stated otherwise. none of these people can obtain my art, or designs. character trade/sale with the art already made is permitted due to the kept worth of said character.

(Dakota) Ultra#0002 - After telling me I could take my time with a commission, after a little over a month he demanded a refund. After the interaction, he was very rude and petty. --- Block evasion.

Click here!whipnstitch - Ghosted me on a sale, stole one of my characters, used stolen character to re-design into another heavily copied design owned by someone else. (You can find the screenshots of this on my Instagram highlight under "BEWARE.")Kingslayer/Duckiesbear & FireTheAlpha - King/Duck bought a character from me through Fire after being mutually blocked. Questioned Fire about the art I made for said OC, and was lied to. (It wasn't visible on my TH page anymore, and the OC was still public after checking my transfer history. Was notified the OC was no longer owned by Fire, but King. Update - Now is owned by Duck as of a few hours later after the interaction.) Ownership log of OCupdated ~ 03.20.2025
